A new shopping mall opens

A new shopping landmark will open in Songjiang’s west this month.

Xinlixiang Plaza, located on the junction of Sanxin and Rongle West roads, will house well-known brands such as Carrefour, H&M, Bona Cinema, Tera Wellness Club, Lebeini Children’s Park and a number of restaurants.

One of the biggest highlights of the new center will be Shanghai Waigaoqiao Direct Imported Goods (DIG), which will open a 1,500-square-meter outlet there. All DIG products will be cheaper by up to 30 percent. More than 10,000 imported goods will be on sale, including seafood, fruit, wines, cosmetics and infant care products.

The plaza will contain parking for 700 cars in total in its lower floors, and will also provide an adjacent open-air space on Sanxin Road with parking spaces for 500 cars.

The plaza will be accessible via Metro Line 9 and through about 10 bus lines directly linked to the downtown area.
