Recognizing special achievements in district

Putuo District recently selected 100 district-level “most beautiful” families out of 2,700 candidates through a process of self-education, self-improvement, learning from role models, sharing, self-recommendation and recommendation from other families.
“Most beautiful” families are actually types of model families.
These included 27 families as role models in the field of harmonious families; 24 represent role models in the field of filial piety and respecting relatives; five represent role models in scientific education for children; 12 represent role models for helping neighbors; eight represent role models in being constantly motivated; 10 represent role models in charity and doing the good for the public; while 14 represent role models in making contributions to the society.
