Putuo District has simplified the approval process for foreign-capital projects, an initiative to attract foreign investment.

Through the reform, the approval time has been shortened to three or four days.

The reform has benefited many foreign enterprises in Putuo, such as the famous retailer FamilyMart and Jieyi Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

The approval process for Jieyi Trading took just three days after the company filed the application for the project.

Putuo
