District officials have come to our offices to get a better understanding of difficulties we face and to help us find solutions.”

Talent pool

“Minhang is equipped with a range of talent, from basic labor to high-end professionals,” said German-based KSPG, parent of Rheinmetall Automotive. “More and more professional elite and university graduates are choosing Minhang as an ideal place to live and work, which has improved the pool of candidates available to us. That makes the recruitment process so much smoother.”
