US-BASED specialty chemicals and performance materials company Cabot Corp opened a new technological center in Minhang. The center, on Shuangbai Road, will serve as Asian-Pacific headquarters for the company. Officials said 30 senior researchers will be recruited in the beginning phase. Testing will be conducted on materials such as activated carbon, rubber and special carbon black.
