AS of the end of last year, Minhang had 87 registered centenarians. The oldest is Luo Jingxiong, who was born in 1908 and lives in Hongqiao Town. According to the Minhang Civil Affairs Bureau, 72 percent of the centenarians in the district are female. Like the rest of the city, the district is also facing an aging problem, officials said.
