THE second phase of the OCT O’Mall in Pujiang Town opened this month. It includes Jiangyue Lake, a manmade body of water giving visitors a pleasant environment for shopping and dining. The third phase of the mall, still in the planning stage, will include a luxury hotel and serviced apartments.
