THE Jinfeng Community of Huacao Town launched a campaign to raise money for a local resident surnamed Shen, who is in compulsory detoxification. Shen, a drug addict, was divorced by his wife, and his mother remarried and left Shanghai. Without any family support, Shen reportedly became despondent. The community said it wanted to help him on the road to recovery.
