Minhang-based Bight Dairy recently became the first food company to win a Shanghai Mayor’s Quality Award. The annual prize, started in 2008, promotes industrial creativity and is awarded to two recipients a year. On June 1, the Bright Dairy celebrated its 70th anniversary.
