NEARLY 60 dead-end roads will be turned into through routes in the next five years, with 27 to be revamped in the next two years. The new thoroughfares will give easier access to industrial zones and residential areas, partly relieving traffic jams in some parts of the district, Minhang officials with public transport authorities said.
