NARROW lanes around the commercial street of Nanjing Road W. will be turned into wanghong, or Internet celebrities, according to district director Lu Xiaodong. Cafés and boutiques will be spotlighted, and a focus will be put on venerated district brands, Lu told the 2016 Forbes China-Jing’an Nanjing Road Forum.
