Creation center making dreams come true

Jiangqiao Town is a traditional industrial town in the north of Hongqiao Business District. The town provides services for professionals, economic and trade guidance and has an investment department. However, it used to be difficul for newcomers to contact all these bodies. So at the beginning of the year, Jiangqiao set up the scientific creation center to coordinate everything.
Recently, a small-scale automobile component research and development company visited the center. The center immediately assigned employees to help them find offices, search for professionals and prepared to lend them a hand on management issues. The company then decided to settle down in Jiangqiao.
A one-stop service window will be set up in Jinyuanyi Road soon.
Jiangqiao is at the crossing of Metro Line 13 and 14, and has easy access to the Jiading-Minhang Elevated Road, Outer Ring and Beijing-Shanghai Highway on its border. Instead of attracting traditional and mature industries into the area, Jiangqiao has set up 10 mass-creation spaces as the township is aiming for the future development. Jiangqiao is one of the few places in Hongqiao Business Zone with complete business facilities, convenient traffic and residential areas with a large population.
Jiangqiao has allocated 100 million yuan in an innovation and business-startup investment foundation and 10 million yuan in an innovation talent foundation. It has also joined with social organizations to set up state-of-art apartments for talented professionals. Currently, the township government is studying policies to support professionals, schooling and business start-up support.
