New way to see Hangzhou

A local newspaper teamed up with a local drone club to record videos of the scenery around Hangzhou using eight drones. Footage from the drones was broadcast in real-time for 90 minutes.
The live broadcast covered Bai Causeway, Gushan, Beishan Street, Botanic Garden, Longjing Road, Yanggong Causeway, Lingyin, Xixi Wetland and many other iconic scenery spots in Hangzhou.
“It’s so beautiful! No wonder Hangzhou has the reputation as a Heaven on Earth!” one of the broadcast’s thousands of viewers wrote.
In related news, the Hangzhou Photographer Association has announced plans to hold a photo exhibition in January. The exhibition will display more than 100 award-winning photos selected from 3,600 entries.
