Music festival ends
THE 2017 Hangzhou International Music Festival ended on Monday after 21 days. Violinist Yang Tianwa played Brahms’ “Violin Concerto in D Major” at the closing ceremony at Hangzhou Grand Theater.
During the first music festival that was organized by the municipal government, nearly 400 Chinese and foreign musicians, including the Munich Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, performed for more than 10,000 audiences. They also took part in 13 music activities across the city.
