Google AdWords seals deal

GOOGLE AdWords signed a memorandum of cooperation with Hangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area this week, symbolizing the start of their cooperation on digital marketing, brand promotion, and E-commerce personnel training. Xie Shuangcheng, vice mayor of Hangzhou, and Scott Beaumont, vice president of Google China, signed the memorandum. Hangzhou will be a pivotal city on the “Internet Silk Road,” and Google can shape the city’s image, deepen its e-commerce development, and assist in training talents in digital marketing, website optimization, data analysis.

Earlier this month, Google launched its Experience Center in the city, aiming to serve the nearly 3,000 local cross-border e-commerce companies in the city.
