Social media survey
THE proportion of Chinese web users who are positive about social media fell 4 percentage points from a year ago to 61 percent, although social media penetration has reached more than half of the urban population, a study showed yesterday.
Around 15 percent of the respondents said social media has made their lives worse, up 2 percentage points from a year ago, and the remaining 24 percent said social media has a neutral impact, said the Social Media Impact Report by WPP’s Kantar.
