Boehringer Ingelheim certified ‘Top Employer China’ fourth consecutive year

German family-owned pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim was awarded the Top Employers China certification for the fourth consecutive year for its excellent human resources practices, prestigious employer brand and competitive employee welfare packages.
The award ceremony for the Top Employers China 2017 was held today in Shanghai.

The Top Employers China certification is awarded by independent research agency Top Employers Institute. All participating companies must go through comprehensive analysis and assessment in nine key areas: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and culture. So fair, over 10,000 companies worldwide have participated in the Top Employers certification.
