Wells terminates deal with Shanxi

FORMER NBA guard Bonzi Wells, the best known player in the Chinese Basketball Association, has agreed to terminate his contract with Shanxi Zhongyu after delaying his return from the United States after the Chinese New Year break.
The club has signed Tim Pickett, a 2004 draft pick for the New Orleans Hornets, to replace the former Portland, Memphis, Sacramento, Houston and New Orleans player, The Beijing News reported.
