Blast an act of revenge

A MAN bent on vengeance drove a three-wheeled vehicle into a council office in Zhangjiajie City at about 8:40am today exploding the LPG cyclinders it was carrying.
Twelve people were injured in the explosion in central China's Hunan Province, China News Service reported today.
Five were reported to be seriously injured.
The suspect, who was identified as Tian Kaiyou, rammed the sub-district office with his vehicle.
Two gas of the cylinders exploded just in front of the office building.
Tian was caught immediately and confessed it was an act of revenge after an illegal building he had erected was demolished by the local government.
