Bus death claim

PUDONG New Area People's Court has rejected a 200,000-yuan (US$2,908) lawsuit filed by the family of a man who died on a bus.
The man surnamed Zhang felt sick when he took the No. 970 bus on December 10, 2007.
The conductor thought he was drunk. A passenger suggested calling an ambulance but the conductor refused, saying that it cost money. Instead he called police, the court heard.
The police arrived and called an ambulance, but when it arrived 10 minutes later, Zhang was pronounced dead of a heart attack.
