A HUNAN Province man, surnamed Xu, was detained by police after he tried to take six buckets of paint on board a train at Shanghai Railway Station.
The combustible material, weighing 18 kilograms, was detected by a luggage scanning machine. It was the heaviest weight of forbidden goods seized at the station so far this year.
