CHINESE mainland importers of acetone are to pay anti-dumping duties to offset damages caused by acetone producers in Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
The move follows a ruling by the Ministry of Commerce which decided that acetone exports from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan had inflicted losses on local manufacturers. The tax rates were set from 5 percent to 51.6 percent.
