TigerAir has been given the go ahead by the Indonesian Government to resume flights in and out of Bali from February 3.
The budget airline said it had secured approval to fly using its Airbus A320 aircraft, after it was forced to ground flights between Australia and Bali due to what the company described as "new administrative requirements" imposed by the Indonesian Government.
However the Indonesian Government denied the requirements were new, and said rather the airline had broken its licensing rules.
All flights between Australia and Denpasar between January 20 and Thursday February 2 have been cancelled.
Virgin Australia will continue to transport passengers who were scheduled to fly from Bali to Australia during this period where possible.
TigerAir said it would contact passengers who were due to fly from Australia to Bali during this time to offer them full refunds.
