Entrance of the Shanghai Petrochemicals Science & Technology Museum. The four Chinese characters on the glass board, meaning the Rising Sun in Jinshan, are inscribed by Chen Jinhua who was once the general manager of SINOPEC and also former chairperson of CPPCC.
